Use only following setting

Creating a Modem Connection
. Start => Control Panel => Phone/Modem to be double clicked
. Click on Modem; select the correct modem (depending on the connectivity between phone & laptop or pc)
. Click on properties of the selected modem
. Click on Diagnostics
. Click on Query Modem, it would take few seconds, after the modem is queried
. Click on advanced, there would be a box for Extra Initialising Command
. Enter the following command in the box u AT+CGDCONT=,,"airtelgprs.com"
. Click OK and then Close
. This has detected the modem, now to create a connection
use Dial No *99# is recommended (Don't use any other number)
Note : Do not go to Ideafresh.com u will be charge
In Mobile device use opera mini is recomended
